What does care cost?
Care runs $30 to $35 per hour depending on the level of care and the schedule, with a minimum of 12 hours per week. Your exact rate is confirmed in writing after the free in home assessment.
Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?
No. We are a private pay agency and we also work with long term care insurance policies. If you have a policy, tell us at the assessment and we will walk you through what it covers.
What happens at the free assessment?
A care manager comes to the home, meets your loved one, looks at safety and daily routine, and builds a written care plan. It is free, it carries no obligation, and it is required by the state before care can begin.
Are your caregivers screened?
Yes. Every caregiver passes a strict background check, is experienced in the care they provide, and receives continuous training. The agency is licensed, bonded and insured, and audited by the State of Texas.
How quickly can care start?
In most cases within a few days of the assessment. If your situation is urgent, say so when you book and we will tell you honestly what we can staff.
