1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Cardinal Senior Care, a non medical home care agency based in San Antonio, Texas. By using this website, booking an assessment, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to them.

2. What we provide

We provide non medical in home care for seniors, including personal care, companion care, Alzheimer's and dementia support, respite care, post hospital support, overnight and 24 hour care, meal preparation, medication reminders and light housekeeping. We are a private pay agency and we also work with long term care insurance. We do not bill Medicare or Medicaid.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, and our caregivers do not provide skilled nursing or medical treatment. Care always begins with a free in home assessment and a written care plan, and rates are confirmed in writing before care starts.

3. Our text messaging program

{{custom_values.business_name}} operates a text messaging program for people who ask us about care and for families who become clients. The program is used to schedule and confirm in home assessments, to keep you updated about caregiver visits and schedule changes, and to answer questions you have sent us.

How you join

You join by ticking a consent box on our booking page when you request an appointment. The boxes are optional and are never ticked in advance. There are two of them and they are separate, so you can agree to one, both, or neither.

What we send

Transactional messages	Assessment confirmations and reminders, caregiver schedule changes, account and service notifications, and replies from our office.
Marketing messages	Occasional service updates and offers from Cardinal Senior Care, sent only if you agreed to marketing separately.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Messages are sent by us, and any charges come from your own mobile plan. We never charge you for a text message.

How to stop, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. Opting out of texts does not affect your care in any way.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will arrive.

Privacy of your number

Your phone number and your consent to be messaged are never shared or sold to any third party for marketing. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

4. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, to book an assessment, and to consent to receive text messages from us. Our services are arranged by adults on behalf of themselves or a family member.

5. Using this website

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with it or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide. The content, logo and materials on this site belong to Cardinal Senior Care and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

6. Accuracy

We keep the information on this site current, including our rates and service area, but it may change. Pricing shown is a starting range and your quoted rate is the one confirmed in writing after your assessment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Texas law, Cardinal Senior Care is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website or from delayed or undelivered text messages. Nothing here limits our obligations as a licensed home care agency under the care agreement you sign with us.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it was last updated at the top.
